Is Botan your, ah, pet… pig?

[botans_owner]

Yeah. Don't worry, Botan won't bite.

*after a slight hesitation, she holds out the bento for Lelouch*

I... wanted to give this to you... to make up for hitting you earlier... Even if you kinda deserved it...

(ooc: And it's perfectly edible, Kyou can cook unlike a certain chef in the kitchen... though Lelouch might wonder why it includes pork cutlets when Kyou has a pet piglet)

*Botan just watches Lelouch silently*

[A vague surprise shows on his face. He takes the bento.]

Thank you. I've been busy with the guests, so I haven't had time to make myself anything.

[He looks it over, blinking at the pork. But whatever, he really is hungry and it's plenty good, so he begins eating in earnest after the first bite.]

*Botan continues to stare at Lelouch, before letting out a small, "Puhi" of greeting(?)*

It's no big deal, it didn't take me long to make it. So, anything interesting happen with any of the guests that visited?

[He stops eating for a moment to sort of tap/pet Botan on the head.]

Nothing too exciting, though I did make tea for one of them, if that interests you.

Tea? Really? You make tea?

*Botan just blinks at the tap/pet, "Puhi?"*

[And he goes back to finishing the bento.]

Huh... never figured you the type to make tea. *falls silent to let Lelouch finish eating*

*Botan hops up onto Lelouch's lap, and begins to snuffle around... probably looking for a comfortable position to lie down*

Such domestic tasks come easily to me.

[He offers the finished bento back to her, twitching a bit as Botan hops onto him, mostly just out of surprise.]

*Kyou takes the now empty bento back*

Really? Guess that's something else we have in common.

*Botan continues to snuffle around Lelouch's lap, circling around a bit*

So... did you do anything interesting in your world besides being a student and playing chess?

Seriously, you don't talk like a normal student...

[He idly pets Botan.]

I was vice president of my school's student council and looked after my sister.

I'm curious, do you prefer pigs to cats or dogs?

Student council? I guess I can see that...

But you're still suspicious...

And... I guess I do? Though I didn't get Botan from a pet store.

*Botan finally finds a suitable position, lying down and letting out a contented(?), "Puhi."*

Really. How did you come by him, then?

I found her out a bit in the wilds all by herself when she was just a baby. I don't know what happened to Botan's parents... so I took her in. She took pretty well to me, though I can't say the same about my sister after a certain incident.

Considering some of the tricks Botan can do, she's probably smarter than any dog where I come from.

She does seem quite attentive.

How have you been fairing amongst the demons here? You seem to be in pretty good shape, from what I can tell.
