[OOC] Apartment Layout
Here's a layout of America's apartment. I've never actually owned one, so it's based off layouts I found on Google. I also suck with scale, and I didn't even bother figuring out dimensions. Still, it should give you a rough idea of what it's like.
HVAC & W/H is things like heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water, and the like. Both bedrooms have closets, one desk each, and one bed each, although each closet also has one cot each. There's also a hallway closet across from the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything a kitchen should - oven/stove, dishwasher, sinks, cabinets, table and chairs, microwave, etc. The living room has a couch, a chair, a large-screen TV, and whatever else is appropriate for a living room.
