Live Long And Prosper!
HA! Yes I am a Star Trek fan! Its been a fun week so far. Spent a lot of time with malaise even though she has been at work most of the day. I enjoy cooking for her for when she gets in, i've always liked cooking for other people, and its interesting trying to think of how i can get around the minor dislike she has for most vegetable :P.
We've decided to take wednesdays off of work in the evening so that we can spend some proper time together when we are both awake, opposed to just the few hours we have at night when we are tired and the odd moments in the weekend. Hopefully gonna go to the cinema tonight, Claire really wants to see V for Vendetta, so we're gonna go for Orange Wednesday.
Gonna go to work tomorrow, no matter how i feel. I took sunday and monday off with this bloody sinitus, and, even though i have the reason to take time off, i won't get paid for the time i take off, and whats the point of having a job if i'm not getting money for it. The doctors prescribed me some antibiotics, its quite disturbing, especially when my hearing goes!
Its strange with hardly anybody in Leicester. Would be nice to have more people about, i much prefere revising with people around me. I may see if i can find a nice coffee shop to go and work in during the day, especially with the weather being as it is at the moment; clear skies and singing birds. Might start going to the gym during the day as well, some say it helps with the revision process.
Meeting Claire for lunch soon, its a bit shitty she only gets half an hour, as she said to me yesterday, it goes by so quickly that you don't get to appreciate it before its over. Its gonna get pricey doing the lunch thing everyday from somewhere else, so i might look into getting some sandwich fillers and make packed lunches... oooohhhhh... get to buy little yogurts! :D
