Help wanted - jobless need not apply
Ran across this article while waiting for a phone interview…joy. This may explain why despite having literally exactly the skill set and experience a job rec is asking for I am not getting offers even when I know I have “nailed” the interview…
So if I need a job I can’t get one, but if I already have one then I am qualified…nice. Looks like I need to screw over some company by taking a really sh#$y job and bailing as soon as I land something better…funny I was told long ago to never do stuff like that…guess “the times they are a changin’”.

So the phone interview went well, should be getting an in person interview next week, and I am hopeful as this seems like a good position…if this does not pan out I already have a “McJob” picked out to go for…and then leave as soon as I land something better…man I just don’t feel right going about it this way…but I guess I need to change with the times.
