With many thanks to all those who responded to my survey about Undergraduate!Wesley and helped me realise what he should be doing for his Part I (not that that has any particular bearing on this story, which is, I'm afraid to say, plain silly).

Title: The Exorcism Term

Thank you :)

I'm glad that you think it's in character; I did start wondering to myself whether even Wesley could be that clueless ;)

He is, isn't he? Poor Wes. One needs to be very patient and steer him carefully.

What a wonderful piece of writing. I loved everything about it, the phrasing and word choice so precise, the superb physical details, the perfect Wesley voice. And then when I realized what you were doing, my admiration jumped another level. There's more Under!Wesley around? What great writing.

Goodness, thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed.

And then when I realized what you were doing, my admiration jumped another level.

You mean it wasn't a tissue of double entendres right from the beginning? (*goes to insert more double entendres*)

There's more Under!Wesley around?

I've just realised that putting 'term' in the title means that I probably need to write eight more.

Heh, I was as gullible as poor Wesley. I thought I was at an exorcism. Now I'm going to have to go back for double entendres so I can enjoy it all over again.

Oh, thank you for telling me you'd posted this, it's hilarious! You can hear Wesley's voice all the way through.

I've just realised that putting 'term' in the title means that I probably need to write eight more.

Yippee!

Loved that. Clueless Wesley, so funny. And he didn't get any better later in life - well he did, but that was much later. This was definitely the same Wesley who turned up in Sunnydale. I could just see him tip toeing up the stairs, with that intense, superior expression on his face. I wonder, did he stay and endure his fate, or did he 'run like a girl'?

Thanks for commenting :). As for Wesley accepting his fate, it's the kind of fate that he's shown himself willing to accept - once all alternatives seemed lost :)
