update!
wow it's been since forever since i updated. i guess i'll just sumarize everything that went on.
spring concert - all i remember is that on that day, i was up at 6:00 AM and didn't get to bed till 2:00 AM the next morning. school, then a camp orientation, then right to the concert, and then i had to do a ton of homework. i remember i had to read 100+ pages of watership down. man that was a rough day.
SPRINGFEST! - wow what a day. i remember anticipating it the entire friday, and when i was in global i saw the stage being set up and heard harsha pracicing his bass. it was fun. then when it started getting nearer, and finncult had gone on, i remember being so worried that adam and i (the musical stylings of adam and gene as it was called) would not do as well as we thought we would. anyways, we got up there and we did our four songs (run-around, ants, white room, warehouse) and it went off really well. i remember alex and dylan were right in the front supporting us. it was a lot of fun. then we just chilled at the rest of springfest. after that there was a big barbeque at adam g's house which was fun and we sat by a fire and made smores.
my 15th birthday - the week of my birthday. came in monday, was feeling awfully sick. in fact, both adam and i had been sick for like 2 weeks prior to springfest, and i remember we were still sick when the show finally went down. i remember telling coach splen that i didn't want to play the last tennis match b/c i didn't feel well and wanted to go right home. i never went to tennis again, as that was the last match and i didn't feel like going to any of the tournaments b/c i was sick and stuff. neways, i skipped school tuesday. wednesday was my birthday, and it had been a long time since i had actually been in school when it was my birthday cuz my bday usually falls on memorial day weekend or memorial day. that was a big mistake. people were very nice to me that day, but i was just so sick it wasn't too great. thursday i stayed home. man it was annoying to keep up with the school work, especially berta b/c she doesn't even tell u what u missed until the day she is doing grades and screws u over for stuff u missed.
june - june was just a bunch of school, not much studying for finals, and then my acting class' gig. i had to take my spanish final on monday b/c i wouldn't be at school for it on tusday (the 15th) b/c my acting class had its showcase in nyc (the producers' club on 43rd i think). neways, i remember connolly telling me how she came in that day just for me to take the final, and she moved me from the classroom to the office, where i was given 15 minutes extra time cuz i was going slow. she's like "shhh don't tell anyone i gave u extra time." tuesday i went in early to do the english final, played a little frisbee with alex and some guys, then went to the city. that was fun. we did a bunch of rehearsals, went to times square, ate at places, and put on a good show. wednesday i had the global final, then i went to the city later at like 6:00. i remember harry's dad was about an hour late picking me up, and everyone kept calling me on the way there b/c we hit traffic and were mad late. bad situtation. the show went well nonetheless and me, flo, harry, alona, and meme ate a diner afterword. thursday was the math final. 8 o clock in the morning. 8 O CLOCK! what's with that!?! i was so tired and felt like such crap while taking that test, but i found out the next day i got a 92, so it was good. the bio regents was really easy. plus i got to take it at 12:00 or something, so i just studied a bit in the morning. i stayed like 20 mins extra to look over the test, and i was (as usual) the last one to leave the room. found out my math grade. hung out outside. then my dad came, i remember he had a little sushi to celebrate, went home, got changed, downloaded the new dave songs, and then went right back to the school for my brother's graduation. i played in the orchestra for that one, man was that brutal. it was so hot and humid outside, and we had to play pomp and circumstance like 6 times at the slowest tempo, just adding to the annoyance. i remember looking at the people in the stands and you could see all the people fanning themselves with the programs. for a portion of the ceremony i was listening to my ipod b/c all the speeches people give are basically the same. "wow. i can't believe we did it. seemed like yesterday since we walked into high school. now we're going to be heading to our futures." stuff like that. anyways, after the graduation and i saw lots of people and my brother go up and get their diploma (not really, the diploma gets mailed. they just get the book to put it in) we went to harry's for a big barbeque bash. it was fun. bween and danny came over, and we roasted marshmellows and swam and crashed there for the night. really fun. this week has been fun. monday i just chilled i think. tuesday i went to chirona's with justin and we swam in her pool and watched tv. we broke her tube, which was so cool. it was a giant sphere that you could climb into and it floats on the water. too bad we ripped it though. wednesday i went to the par 3 course at rockalnd lake with adam to play golf. it was my first time playing golf in a really long time, so adam had to teach my how to hit again and all that stuff. garrett came for the first nine holes. it was fun. we even saw a gopher on the course. then adam and i went back to his house, played guitar and sang for his mother and sister, then we went with his sister to posa posa and ate. it was fun. thursday was my brother's graduation party at chirona's. pool, dodgeball, frisbee, lots of nice people, food, and music. we even jammed out on her dad's banjo, a piano and a guitar. it was a great time and a great party. my brother got a huge star destroyer lego thing from chirona. lol had to say that. friday i went to the course again, cept this time with the two adams and aly harris. then we went to this little diner and ate, then i went home. saturday i had a drum and a guitar lesson, then i went to my cousin griffin's little league championship game. they lost :(. then my uncle invited me back to his house for a steak dinner, and i babysat my cousins while my aunt and uncle went to see the terminal (really good movie).
today - sunday. went to a place to look at hot tubs with my dad, then went to the mall to get sneakers and stuff, then to outback and a movie (fahrenheit 9/11 which was a good movie). and finally here i am, really tired from writing all this.
tomorrow is the first day of ramaquois, which should be really fun this year. i'm going on a lot of great trips, including one to washington d.c. and stuff. tuesday i'm going with my mom, brother, chirona, and adam g to madison square garden to see ERIC CLAPTON!!! i couldn't believe it when my dad told me i had tickets. robert randolph and the family band is opening for him, which should turn out to be an amazing show! aright i'm done.
