"Once a King or Queen of Narnia, Always a King or Queen of Narnia"

1. Name: Ivan

2. Date of birth: June 15th, 1990

3. Location and all the places you've lived: My whole life I've lived in this rather dull, rural town called Manchester, KY.

4. Reason(s) for joining this community: Well, I love Narnia. Not only the books, but also the screen adaptation of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. It's a wonderful series full of adventure, magic, love, kindness, and basically everything that anyone could want out of a fantasy series.

5. How many of the books have you read?
The Magician's Nephew
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Prince Caspian
The Voyage of the ‘Dawn Treader’
The Silver Chair ..... And Im still working my way through the rest of them.

6. Which book(s) are your favourite? Least favourite? Why?
It probably seems rather cliche, but I love The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.' The story line is soo wonderful, and the characters that are introduced are spectacular. It's one of those books that you can never put down until you've read the whole thing, and then you have to read it over and over again.

7. Who are some of your favourite characters and why?
I love the beavers. Yeah, it probably seems like such a wierd answer to give, but I love their spunk, their devotion to Aslan, and their general nature. They provide a lot of comic relief, which is something that every good book needs.

I love Edmund, simply because I think he is rather misunderstood, and his character is unique and just...awsome.

I also am really fond of Jill. She is really intellegent, and an intellegent character usually makes a good character. I love the growth that she goes through in The Silver Chair, becoming a stronger and better person.

8. Who are some of your least favourite characters? Why?
Ugh, Miraz. Evil. Enough said. The fact that he gained the thrown by killing his own brother? He just...He just doesn't have a popular vote in my book.

9. Your occupation in life: Currently, I'm a high school junior, but later in life I plan on being a social worker, because I love to work with kids.

10. What are some of your interests and hobbies? I love to read, it takes you to another world when you just need an escape. I also love to perform in any kind of theater. I'm in my school's drama club, a skit group at my church, and a creative ministries team.

11. If you had a choice between ending the world or saving your entire family, what would you choose? Why or why not? [If you choose to let the world live, then you're entire family would be slaughtered slowly and painfully.] To tell the truth? I have no idea. The fact that the whole entire world would rest on my shoulders would, of course, make me lean towards saving the world, but then again, I couldn't bare seeing my family in pain. So, I really don't know.

12. Let's take it back to Adam and Eve basics -- would you eat the apple? Why or why not? Of course not. God is boss, simple as that. He says don't do it, don't do it. I know it probably wasn't that simple, but in my mind, it was. Always listen to God, after all, he did make everything around us, and he loves us. So, why disobey him, and cause the entire human race to fall?

13. What are some of your main pet peeves? Fake people. UGH! I cannot stand fake people. Hello? Be yourself, don't try to 'fit in', don't be someone that God didn't make you. Stick with what you know. It's simple.

14. What is your heritage? [Not that this has any bearings on what or who we stamp you as, Narnia Rating doesn't discriminate. We coo' wit all y'all colors.] Irish, Native American and Russian.

15. What era do you wish you were from, or ever dreamed about visiting? I'd love to live in the fifties. I've always said that. I just love the culture, the look, the music, the style, the drive ins, everything. I'd love to live like they do in 'Happy Days' XD

16. If you were a ruler of a formidable empire, but there was another kingdom not so formidable in battle but higher in power and rank, would you be content to live under them? Why or why not? I think I would. Survival of the fittest, and as long as they treated my people right, I don't see why not. Why start a war or an uprising that isn't called for?

17. Is it sometimes okay to cheat in games and sports? Even just a tiny bit, and the captain of the other team cheated worse than you'd think was possible to get away with? Why or why not? No. Cheating is just like stealing, and to me? I go straight to the word. Thou Shalt Not Steal.

18. What kind of books do you like to read besides the Chronicles? What are your favourites of these books? I love the Harry Potter series, along with the Xanth books. Both are fantasy genres, which is my favorite. I love Order of The Phoneix the fifth Potter book, and Isle Of View, not sure which Xanth book that is..... I've read both series over and over.

19. Name a few of your favourite movies.
~Titanic
~Phantom of The Opera
~The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe
~Stand By Me
~The Goonies
~The Breakfast Club
~Rent
~Saw III
~Cars

20. Give yourself a label, even though we hate them. If you had to, what would it be? (ex. preppy, punky, goth, weird... etc.) I would have to say...the goodie two shoes? I've never been in trouble at school, I make good grades, I will talk to anyone, I read my Bible in class, I talk to teachers like they are actually people.

21. Name a childhood hero and why they were held as such. Wow....I've actually considered this a person ever since my fifth grade year, when we were asked to do a research paper about a specific person, and I chose Princess Dianna. She was truly a person for the people, and the world could use a lot more of those types of people. She was strong, determined, and overall, she was nice and caring. She was everything that should be required out of an icon.

22. Pick five words to describe yourself:
~Fun
~Intellegent
~Shy
~Creative
~Loyal

23. Name three of your strengths and three of your talents:
Strengths
~Loyal
~Observant
~Compassionate

Talents
~Acting
~Graphical Design
~Writing

24. Name three of your weaknesses and three things you suck at:
Weaknesses
~Too Trusting
~Sometimes I can be too opinionated
~I can also be VERY shy around new people

25. Give us a few of your favourite quotes.
There is no fear in love; for perfect love casteth out fear. - I John 4:18
It is better to burn out than fade away. - Kurt Coban

and this is quite possibly my favorite quote ever. It's by A;bert Camus. I used it on a wallpaper I made one of my friends for her birthday.

Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow.
Don't walk behind me, I may not lead.
Just walk beside me and be my friend

26. All right, this is your one chance to bribe the mods into getting stamped as whatever you want and state something wonderfully complimenting about one or both of them. >:) They seem to run this community beautifully, and I'm sure they are both wonderful people!

27. Anything else we've forgotten? No, I think y'all covered it :D

28. Here, please attach at least three clear pictures of yourself [unless you don't have any]. Sorry if these are rather big!
