(no subject)
I'm back! Yay! I missed my home and my dad. But I did have fun, for the first day:
We biked to work together which was rather fun, I'm so bad on a bike, and considering that I am rather good at balancing my weight I am rathr poor on a bike. But anyway it was fun. Work on monday was ok but I dont want to talk about that cos its so so boring. Then I biked back to hicks cos we finnish at different times. Then we biked to tesco's (about four miles away) then back, then we biked to melford (pretty much the same time) to go and pick up my amp of chelle. Me and chelle then sat down under a tree for a while when hicks went to see his uncle. Then we biked back to his for the last time and made dinner and sat infront of the tv for the whole night.
Day two we went to work again in the morning, then I came home but this time we didnt go anywere. I set up the amp and guitar ready for Joe to come round for a jam while hicks had a workout. Then around seven joe came round. It was great, we jammed till about 11, playing all sorts. But it couldnt be the biggest clash, I mean I have never played with Joe before and didnt know that he was into all the 70-80's rock really badly. He actually knows all off it and is so good at solos and power chords. And then theres me, a person who hates power chords and only knows his own songs followed by varous radiohead, interpol, jeff buckley, muse, bloc party, coldplay songs. But we did work togther well, Joe dosnt seem to understand chords, like real chords if you know what I mean. If he can play it in a power chord he will. But I handled the rythum and he did the solo and we came up with a nice number. He had a drumm machine on his amp too which added a certain coolness. So yeah day two was good, we stayed up quite late drinking ourselfs silly.
Day three was the normal morning, then we just layed about again... nothing really special. And today I ame home! Finally! I missed my small room and this computer till it crashed. Now I hate it again argh!
But yes it was a good time, and made my week go so much quicker which is good becouse I have one more day at work and its the weekend! Yay! In which I am going to record another song and play around on Logic Pro 7.1.
