(no subject)
There is a world out there! Seeing Jenica was amazing. She and I have never been terribly close, but it's so nice to talk to someone who also has every sentence interrupted by a crying baby and who wants to talk about baby things. Aleister is 2 months now, and so tiny still. I've never seen a baby who looks more exactly like his father, we called him mini-Joe. It was just nice to connect with someone over a year and not in my family. As much as I love them! It's just nice to talk about old times and old friends, how things have changed and how that makes us happy, or our attempts at excersizing or having sex and how your baby seems to know just when you're wanted to do both.
Autumn's asleep in my lap now, and I want to go outside. I'd like to get out and smell the pool so I can think about maybe getting in it tomorrow. Randy's at his Granny's house collecting the crystal she's giving us. It's quiet in the apartment tonight, I don't even hear our nieghbours upstairs and our kitty is hiding. Just my typing.
