Alright, my lovelies. This week's prompt is EMOTIONS. Since humans are complicated beings and are therefore subject to a spectrum of feelings and emotions, I've limited the list to those that I find interesting, are seldom used as prompts, or would challenge the writers.

It was another chilly night and Yehsung watches in wonder the uniform drops of water falling to the ground while enjoying the peaceful and calm atmosphere the drizzle is giving the night. That night would be the fifth of consecutive nights that it had been raining - which means Yehsung is set to wait for his boyfriend Kibum to fetch him from work yet again in the waiting shed just below the building he is working in. And although the place is on the back of their building away from the busy street lights and noisy crowd which is giving him a slight creepy feeling Yehsung doesn’t mind sitting there to wait for it is giving him a time for his self and a quiet spot to claim.
But like the past nights it is never bound to take long for a familiar figure would sit just right beside him - waiting for his own driver to pick him up.
Yehsung shifted his gaze on his side - peeking on the presence of that someone whom he is now familiar with. Park Jungsu or “Leeteuk” to most is a famous composer on the whole of South Korea - his employer’s office resides on the same building as Yehsung’s and although he knew of him even before - he hadn’t actually seen the man in person not four nights ago.
And Yehsung thought the other was exactly like his officemates would describe him. He had heard several stories about the famous man who seemed to capture every one’s attention. They said Leeteuk is stunning - that he looks like an angel brought down to earth. A very soft and fragile looking guy whose eyes had never tried to smile or shine because he held a very dark one like it had been deprived of beautiful scenes and had lost its soul. He also held a very cold expressionless face as if he’s ready to snap at you at any time. Which is so true considering the first night Yehsung tried making a little conversation when the other heartlessly told him “I don’t make friends so stop it. Don’t talk at all to me,” even before he could finished his introduction. Yehsung was taken aback but recovered easily since he’s an open minded person. He assumed nonetheless that Leeteuk may have really no friends.
And the man looks sad -like he thinks he has been abandoned by world. He looks like his sleeping on torment yet loves to stay there. He also seems too remote from his surroundings - like he never care as long as it’s got nothing to do with him - and like he is in a box where others does not exists.

He doesn’t know much about Leeteuk - so he couldn’t judge for real but hearing versions of story about him - his family living away -with the assumptions that he has no friends - Yehsung can only conclude that it must have been a very forlorn ride. Much with Leeteuk not wanting others comes in his life. Living like that it’s as if living like an outcast - isolated from the world and away from everything.
People say the guy used to live a different path - that he used to laugh and show-off his dimpled smile. But he’s also sensitive and very dependent to the people he value the most. Yehsung also heard that the famous man used to have a lover who left him before joining the army. And that was the reason of his sudden changed - he couldn’t take being away from the man he clings into so much.
It must have been really bitter and every one will feel sorry although Yehsung doesn’t see the logic of Leeteuk’s isolation because of such simple reason. Why would Leeteuk choose to hide himself in his own shelter alone - without anyone to at least comfort him or reach him?
But life is one’s own choice and Yehsung respects that. The man is not even an acquaintance for him to worry about or much more be concerned with his way of life. Leeteuk chooses to be that way and there is nothing Yehsung can do about it no matter how pity he feels. Maybe isolation is what he wants - who knows - maybe it is what’s making Leeteuk happy and who is he to break that?
Isolation is contagious however - and sometimes Yehsung would fall into that hole whenever he sits with the man listening to his playlists full of sad - beautiful heart breaking songs. Yehsung occasionally wonders if it’s natural to feel the ache without reason - like he just wants to suddenly hug himself in the corner or give himself his own time without the connection from outside because he feels like he had been neglecting it giving much more importance the life of around him other than his own and find his own solitary - just by sitting next to an isolated man. Because Yehsung does feel it and to think he is happy with his life.
It probably is a very contagious one and maybe if Yehsung doesn’t have someone beside him like the one who just walks out of the familiar car to fetch him with an umbrella in his hands carrying that electric bright smile - Yehsung would have been worst than Leeteuk.
