santa cruz
the bus to the bart to the train with kate, get off in san jose.
get picked up at station by kate's dad and drive to aptos.
see her cute cabin like house in the forest surroundings.
then to uc santa cruz to see my beautiful jennnnnnnn.
it had been the longest time without seeing each other that we have endured
since we met in third grade.
unfortunately, my sexy jenny wasn't there this weekend.
but, we went to a party 15 miles into the forest,
a members only snowboard blacklight party.
kate: "the cups are upstairs"
drunk me: "oh my god the cops are upstairs!"
and i was there for porter rain, which is the first rain of the season.
it is a tradition at ucsc for everyone to run around naked for the first rain,
so coming back from the party half the campus was running around naked except for shoes on,
so kate and i took our clothes off and danced around in the rain as well.
but cute little jenn stayed in her peacoat.
too bad the camera died before the porter rain.

yea that's right. BEST FUCKING FRIENDS. greyhound bus back to san francisco for 2 hours, with kate sleeping and a sketchy guy in a baseball cap staring at me. jenny anne modglin, i need to see you soooon. it wasn't the same without all three NOS members.
