Hey everyone,
Well unforuntately, it's taken me a while to get this Internet of mine to work so it finally is so here is a new update.
To The Death
Well, things have not been looking good for To The Death. After that amazing show on the 18th that we're still living off of, things have been going down hill. Our show on the 28th of January was cancelled as people know. Our show at the school was not as big of a success and we wished it was. Thirdly, we're still not practicing as much.
Modus Operenda
Since To The Death is doing badly, whoever is watching over me has made sure my other band, Modus Operenda, does good! We've begun work on a new song entitled "The Guilt That Follows" and it's awesome; can't wait to finish it and show all you lovely people.
NOTICE
The Program and Thought Riot will not be playing the show on the 26th with us, The Kramers, and Ambulance Ambulance. Thought Riot wasn't aware of the change of venues and booked a date in Anaheim, CA. With the recent departure of OJ from the group, The Program will also not be playing as well. Oh well, next time.
We're heading into the studio on March 31st for four days to record our debut. Here is the tentative cover art for the album (this means it's not final):
The album cover art was designed by vocalist Tyler Rossman. We're excited to get into the studio and record the seven songs that will appear on this debut. The song that I mentioned earlier, "The Guilt That Follows", will not be on the record so you can't hear that one. The songs to appear on the record are:
"Kill The Tune"
"Three Sheets To The Wind"
"Deep Six"
"Beneath The Floorboards"
"Murder"
"Dead On Arrival"
All lyrics can be found at our official website:
www.modusoperenda.com So yeah ladies, check us out on the 26th even though The Program and Thought Riot won't be there; we're putting together another sick line-up.
