This Is For The Local Kids

Hey everyone,

Well, To The Death has confirmed a show next Saturday, November 20th with local metal band Arrabas featuring former Silent Scorn drummer Alex Perez and former To The Death guitarist John Marquardt. We will be headlining the show so if you are on the guest list, make sure you're there for us. The show is exclusive and unfortunately, if you aren't on the previous guest list, then chances are you won't be allowed into the show. Also, we finished a song for the upcoming EP, tentatively titled "Time Will Tell". John is still putting the final touches on the vocals but the music is completely finished. You can expect to hear that song as well as others at the show. Also, Matt will be leaving for a few days so the next time To The Death will be hitting Flatline Records is sometime next week before the show, hopefully to write a new song for the record. If you have questions about getting on the guest list, give me a ring or let me know.

Also, Livermore hardcore veterans The Program will be returning to Livermore this week! They will be playing a show this Friday night at the new Unity Skateshop location! Jesse, the vocalist of The Program, updated their site and he said they are currently working on their new album to be called "Carpe Noctum" and it will be released sometime in early 2005. Songs to be appear on the effort are:

"When Objects Impale People Pt. III"
"Pedal To The Metal"
"Artform: Dead"
"Livin' For The City"
"Front Row At The Apocalypse"
"This Is Sports Center"

I'm totally excited for "Carpe Noctum" because I'm sure it'll be just as amazing as "Artificial Unintelligence" was and still is. "When Objects Impale People Pt. III" and "Pedal To The Medal" are amazing and I can't wait to hear more so please, go to the show at Unity and support Livermore artists. If you see me there, or any other members of To The Death, say "Hello". We don't bite; we just might have something for you and no, we can't tell you what it is.
