a LONG, HARD day
so I'm sick again. seems like only a couple of weeks ago that I was sick. It's not even that I feel all that crappy. Just tired. Mega naps the past 2 days. Yesterday I got home at 11:30 and slept until 1:30. Ate lunch and then took another nap till 4:30 or so. Got about 7 hours of sleep last night, which is about average. Then today was my long day of classes from 9:30-2 with no lunch break. Tuesdays and Thursdays can be killer. I started dozing off in my Jazz in American Society class. And then I wanted to do the same in International Criminal Justice but we watched an interesting video on a terrorist sleeper cell from Buffalo, NY that kept me awake. Came home...late lunch, then nap for over 3 hours. And still I'm sleepy.
Things have been kind of gloomy the past few days. The weather, the people, being sick. But this weekend will rock. Saturday night: The Trytones, Quality Revenge (Joel and Paul's awesome indie/emo, newish American Football band), James Conelly (Jesse Morris's alias), and Paul doing his solo stuff too. This is all at Wackadoos at FAU, and you all have to come and hang out. It will be much fun. Plus, it's free. 7-10 PM. Then Sunday is MAE/Copeland. I think this is the 4th time seeing MAE? In any case, they're great live and it's been a few months since I've seen the Coral Springs girls. Oh, and Erika is coming too. Should be a very good time.
