Lollapalooza 2004 = 2-day Indie Excellence. Florida 2004 = not receiving said awesome indie excellence. Whatthefuckhuh? It's cause FL sucks, and the bands know it. So who's taking a trip to another state (that Lollapalooza is stopping in) sometime this summer and wants a companion?
July 24 - Curiosa tour - The Cure, Interpol, Mogwai, The Rapture, Cursive, Muse, Thursday, Auf Der Maur, Cooper Temple Clause, Head Automatica. Somewhere in West Palm Beach. First definite visit to South Florida.
June 19 - Rooney, Ozma, Straylight Run. At The Social
July 8 - The Rocket Summer, Plain White T's, Number One Fan, Kevin Devine. At Will's Pub. Ah...it'll be a year since I saw Bryce Avary (The Rocket Summer). He puts on a great show....definitely not one to miss. Especially because this time around he'll have a full backing band.
