The only thing I can come up with is that he's still pissed over the misunderstanding Roka had back during Christmas when he thought Etsuko had dumped him for Keigo...which was a ridiculously stupid situation to begin with, and Keigo fixed the misunderstanding. So I have no fucking clue why he still has a bug up his ass over Keigo...If he says it's because of his attitude, well that's his own fault...He's given him no reason to not think he's mentally challenged...I still have trouble thinking otherwise myself sometimes, despite knowing him for years, so he sure as hell shouldn't expect Keigo to be that easily convinced...
...But he does want to know all of you...You're important people in my world, and I care about you all...even this retard...And he wants to know the people I care about...
