(serves 2)

250g lean beef steak mince
FIVE CLOVES OF GARLIC
half an onion
3 chopped up rashers of unsmoked back bacon
tin o' chopped tomatos
tomato puree
big spoonful of english mustard powder
dollop of whole grain mustard
liberal dribbling of worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
sprinkling of rosemary

add in:
required amount of pasta
grated mature cheddar cheese
thick cut bread

literally not terrible
