This is beautiful, and you really nailed Martha and Billy's voices. I especially loved this line, which feels so Martha to me: "The corner shop she worked in was small, her pay packet was small, their black and white television was extremely small, and the only thing around that was bigger on the inside was Martha Jones."

This was sweet. I liked this bit She kissed Billy Shipton, and he kissed her back and there was no one around to scribble little notes about it. I also appreciated Billy's angst over the predestination of it all because ugh time loops, man. And the exchange about "gorgeous girl" made me laugh, you tell 'im, Martha.

This made me lol because poor Billy: The Doctor seemed to the gooseberry here, why couldn't they exchange places? Yeah man fuck that guy! He just wanders around breaking stuff!
