Story opens with Christopher Eccleston doing his "have a fantastic life speech", and then the camera pans to Paul McGann's Doctor, running into a cave with a fire extinguisher, shouting about the future in jeopardy and the Ood being obviously possessed and interfered with by Dalek!Sec.
