The Support Stacie Author Auction begins Friday at 11:59PM (central time)! I am offering one 2500+ word fic to the highest bidder. To help get everyone fired up and to keep the bidding going once things get rolling, I'm opening this post, which will include links, updates, and my bidding incentive fic, Age of Aquarius. Every time I make an update to this post, I will leave a note in the comments. About My Bidding Incentive:
Many authors and artists offer little incentives to keep people bidding, and to give small rewards to the generous people who bid, even if they don't wind up winning, but I'm attempting a slightly different take on this concept. I have written (well, am currently finishing up) a fic entitled Age of Aquarius (details and teaser below). However, I'm not going to post the whole fic at once. Rather, I will post it in 100-word chunks as people bid in my auction. The more people bid, the more of that fic gets posted (and believe me, it is plenty long enough to withstand any possible bidding wars!). If how that works is unclear to anyone, please feel free to drop a note in the comments and I'll answer any questions.
