Agree totally with wiggiesmomsi but my favourite comment by Rose was
"A story. With some more pictures, and some words. See, this bloke here, how did he get there? Did she invite him in? Is he going to ravish her, or are they already lovers? What's going on with how he's touching her there? Does she like that? Or is that just for him? Is he going to be rough? Gentle? Are they going to make love, or just fuck? Really, this just raises a lot of questions for me more than turning me on."

Please keep up the comment of the fic it makes it even more brilliant to see from where the ideas and dialogue flowed.

female ejaculation: yea or nay?

Yea. I have some strong feelings about that, given that I, um, yeah. Most of the time. And when I was younger (after I'd learned that I could have orgasms ... long story there, unfortunately), I was so embarrassed by it all and had some rather unfortunate partners who were horrified by it and made the weird guilt all the worse. Like I was somehow doing something wrong and icky.

So, "yea." Please.

I often find that I use language that, if one was looking for it or was ~ahem~ acquainted (I am not a stranger), could definitely be indicative of female ejaculation, but I never really come out and say it explicitly.Though maybe for the sake of the menfolk (are there any menfolk reading this? I always assume not) I should be a bit more open with it.

Whoo-hoo! Thanks, I was really quite interested in your thought processes for this one, because of the metaness of it and because as D/R porn goes, it's unique.

True. Of course, for my husband, it happens when we watch Doctor Who.

I struggled with whether the over-the-sofa-from-behind position was a bit...unromantic and kind of harsh.

Not at all, you did it absolutely right here. I'm all about subverting the stereotypes of certain types of sex, and this position (and its variations) needs more love. (Well, not from you and me, we write it a lot, I mean from other people.)

Agreeing with unfolded73 here - I think men do look at the actors/musicians/whoever we drool over and go, "But I don't look like that." I'm fairly certain my husband has been dealing with that a lot lately, as he is a big guy, and David is a toothpick.

Also agreeing about that over-the-sofa-from-behind position. I think that there are a lot more women out there who like that position, for various reasons, than who don't. How you described the Doctor turning Rose around and taking her from behind? That really happens, and it's totally HOT.

Wellll, I'm married to a skinny bloke my own self so in his case, he does kind of look like that. Not as tall or sooper-dooper skinny, but not a totally different body type. And the women he tends to like...they do all kind of look a bit like me. God we're so boring! He must have gotten a super ego boost to watch me drooling all over John Simm in State of Play because the resemblance there is actually uncanny.

I'm realising that I tend to write these bits with the Doctor very much knowing what he wants and taking it because in my own life we really have this "What do you want to do? I don't know, what do you want to do?" problem. I do sort of crave decisive action. This is what I get for marrying a Sensitive Man.

I'm all for giving from-behind more love in fic. I'm starting to feel like maybe I should write a little missionary just because I hardly ever do. But then again....nah. Boring.

Actually, I really like the over the sofa position... Especially between couples when there's clearly no degradation between them, you know? Because then it's just about fun and hotness. And I don't think there's anything inherently degradation in that position. Was it unfolded73 that pointed out that some of the position of the "from behind" position is being able to sort of... watch? *cough* Good Lord, I'm blushing. This is terrible!

Also.. I love reading these metas. I need to go request one from you.

I really liked this story when I first read it and I like it even more with the commentary. I like the sofa thing myself. The Doctor wouldn't intentionally hurt Rose. Well, not unless she wanted him to. ;)

Also I like different positions because the same thing over and over can get boring to read about even if it is smut.
