Oooooh, now that they have an idea about what is really going on, how can they find out more without getting caught?

Hmmmmmmmm.

I think they're going to get some much-needed help from someone we all know and love very soon.

I've been reading this for a while, and it's well past time I told you that this is a fascinating, very well-plotted story. I've got to the point where I'm skipping past most post-JE stories, because they seem to be covering the same ground over and over. Not this one. I haven't a clue what's going on with Torchwood and Liberty Systems, or what Donna has to do with it all, but this is good :)

Oh, and the auction is now open for bids. :)

Thank you for reading! I am still enjoying a lot of post-JE fics, but I have to keep myself from reading too many lest the ideas presented by other people start to infect my own (I'm highly suggestible, alas).

Interesting development, I liked the little Ianto comment... gotta get those characters in! But he's dead? *wibble*
I have to say, I am in love with the idea of the Doctor growing a beard, makes me think of this picture...yum yum!

Oh, good catch! I think maybe just the addition of one word there will take care of that. ~edits~

(and yes, that's exactly the picture I have in my own photobucket. other people may malign the scruffy!DT but I think he's totally yummy with the beard)

There are people who don't like scruffy!DT?! Who are these people and what planet are they from! He's sex on a stick looking like that! Hee!

The Doctor takes pride in his appearance too (quite vain for a 900-odd year old; but what the hey!) so I can imagine he would be adorably uncomfortable with a beard. I wonder if Rose would appreciate his manly furry face?

I seem to recall quite a bit of hue and cry over the beard. Personally, I am totally with you, and I'm also lolling over the Doctor not being able to go through his normal personal grooming ritual. You know he's going to wig out when he sees himself in a mirror.

You maybe missing part of a line before the first o0o break?

Erm, no I don't think so. Just a poor bit of writing perhaps?

Never. There might be something about the grammatical construction that's throwing me for a loop. As marvellous of a driver as I may be seems to be a bit odd standing on its own...technically, it's a fragment, which, if you intended it to be is fine, but it seems to beg for completion.

So, Ianto died in PsW? I'm assuming he fell to the Cybermen, either in the first or second waves?

You are a brilliant story teller, you know that. You have me glued to my seat. I'm totally wrapped up in this mystery.

So Alis is Ianto's mum. I love how you tie the people from the original universe into this one. First with Donna and now with Ianto. It's like haveing the same combination of items but put in a different order.

It pains me to off Ianto, because he's one of the main reasons I watch Torchies (Janto 4 eva!), but there is a narrative/thematic purpose behind it. Stay tuned!
