Few things in this world can be more boring than the job I have at the moment...
Got a holiday job in reception and at the switchboard of a large company. I suppose normally it wouldn't be so bad, cuz there'd be about 350 people around to keep me busy. But this is over xmas break, so there is *no-one* in the office. So basically I get paid to read a book all day. In theory it isn't that bad, but after a few days of it I feel like poking my eye out with a plastic spatula.
On the plus side I finally got my varsity results this morning- 63% for Journalism and 65% for Linguistics. Was hoping for a bit more, but I suppose beggars can't be choosers. Just waiting for the letter that'll tell me that they love me and want me back next year. :D
And on the bigger plus side, I now have enough money to take my SO and I to Hogsback (http://www.hogsback.co.za) for a couple of days early next year. :D Hooray for romantic getaways! :D
And what makes me ever happier is that he's coming up to Joburg (where I am at the moment) tomorrow for xmas. Yay! :D So excited! Can't wait!!
