[Cirno has been oddly quiet lately. Due to inactivity? Of course not. Due to too much activity.
Up atop one of the lower towers of the castle, there has been a steadily growing pile of ice. Eventually, it has taken the form of a number of skating rink-like pools of ice, connected by ice slides. All sorts of ice things are all over it. And connecting it to the ground is... three very long stepladders.
What? Cirno can fly. It's lucky enough that there's ANY way to get up there. Good thing the Netherworld doesn't have any safety regulations!]
