Ok silliness aside, my "boss", the one that has been the root of my distress at IGI is being "encourage to retire early". WOHOO! Thank you! The new guy started Monday and "boss" is training him through the 16th. New guy seems nice enough but only time will tell if he's an improvement. Then again, with this joy comes the concern that if the new guy can't cut the mustard IGI WILL FAIL. Yep, much as I don't like him (and neither does the company owner apparently) "boss" is a linch pin to the company. That's ok, its almost time for me to apply to that HR position I want at another company. Hopefully things will pan out well.
Hentai successfully saw the doctor about mental stuff. I think it went well and I'm proud of him. I know it wasn't easy. Unfortunatly he also is having a sinus issue right now so he isn't feeling real great.
