Had a word with the VP today about the lack of respect I recieve due to the lack of authority. He said it was my own fault.... what? How? I don't communicate to them ina good way. "Please provide X info so I cn make sure you are getting paid right" is bad communication? Screw you. You just don't want to grow some balls and back me up. I'm done with this place.
