Reaching a limit
I am about to reach my frustration limit with IGI. I am now under the impression that I am not taking seriously or that I am considered expendable. This really annoys me because I know I could bury this company overnight by reporting its discrepencies.
I feel like I'm constantly being put on hold or passed over. I'm not being included in some very important issues and discussions that do affect me and my department. I'm not sure if it's because of my age or my inexperience or if I'm just surrounded by people who think HR is a throw away department. I'm going to be attempting to find out but if I find out about one more thing that is directly related to my responsibilities that is being discussed or changed without me I am out of here.
