more musical woes

I bought a Roland 600, second hand. So far so good. Now the trouble:

(1) The previous owner gave me a link to the online manual. I can't for the life of me find that email. I can't seem to find the link by searching online. I think this might be because this model has been discontinued. Is there an archive of manuals somewhere online?

(2) I want to buy a stand for it so that I'm not playing it on my dining table. Are stands typically meant for particular models or are there good, sturdy stands that will accommodate any keyboard? Mine is a full-size electronic piano, so I want a stand that won't collapse and crush my legs.

I know I can probably just walk into a Sam Ash type of store and ask them these questions (and I will), but I'm asking you guys because I generally get helpful responses. So please respond helpfully.

I'm feeling bummed and annoyed. I feel like there is a stupid whole-world conspiracy that's trying to stop me from picking music up again. I just called a guitar teacher whose flyers are all over the city, and he seems very nice and good at what he does, but he charges $100/hour. There is no way I can pay a hundred dollars a week for a guitar lesson. So I'll continue plinking away on the guitar by myself, finding new combinations for the 12 chords I know and finding ways to reduce perfectly good songs to strings of four chords.

I'm grumpy.
