I have decided that I really want an American football jersey so have taken to trawling Ebay in the hope of finding one in a teenage boys size. Of course I have just remembered that Tracey lives In Florida and she can probably get me one for free. I shall work on that one

Well this was before things got stupid yesterday.

Well I hope you don't lose too much of what you said above babe. It wish I had read this before last night as I might have pointed it out when things got tough.

*hugs* Come on, things ARE great, sometimes you just get weighed down by stuff in your life that you don't need to. Just gotta teach you to just shrug off some of those worries sometimes. Thass all.

And I love you very very much too. I do get weighed down by stuff and I just want to be able to enjoy life instead of worrying about every single little thing. Apart from herbal remedies I guess I'll investigate other ways to help me relax and stop being anxious.

I definitely think lots of affection, talking to me when you're worrying or feeling anxious - not being afraid to, talking to me or my mum when you're feeling down about your mum, herbal calming remedies are all REALLY good starts. It's just up to you to try and do em as much as you can.
