Let me just try a link here:

Testing domain link...
http://www.kohls.com
Works.

Testing original link...
http://www.kohls.com/upgrade/webstore/product_page.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524892774588
Doesn't work.

Testing full URL link...
Full URL link
Doesn't work.

I wonder if it's the question mark in the link?

Testing non-question-mark link...
Encoded-question-mark URL link
Gets to the right domain, but the URL is not accepted.

Testing shorter URL...
http://www.kohls.com/upgrade/webstore/product_page.jsp?prd_id=845524892774588
Doesn't work. The question mark does appear to be a sticking point.

Testing alternative URL...
http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/womens/juniors/tops/graphictees/PRD~843308/Transformers+Tee.jsp
Hello, that's a failure too, even with no question mark. Weird.

Testing full URL without question mark or plus sign...
http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/womens/juniors/tops/graphictees/PRD~843308/Transformers%2BTee.jsp
Doesn't work.

Dang, that's bizarre.

Testing a range of other URLs from that domain...
http://www.kohls.com
http://www.kohls.com/upgrade/webstore/home.jsp
http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/womens.jsp
OK, that is plain freaky. The first link works, the second link works, the third link doesn't work, and then if I click the second link AFTER the third link, it doesn't work. However, if I then click the first link, and the second link again, it works again.

WHAT.

Moar testing later...
Right, it seems that if I click the link to the domain main site, and then click any other of the links above, they will work. It's only when I haven't clicked the main-site link first that the others fail... but they don't even go to the domain, they just try to load the URL "http://the-starhorse.livejournal.com/33534.html?view=366078#t366078" in a new window - but fail, leaving a blank window.

Even moar testing...
The problem occurs in Opera but not in Firefox. As I have severely different setups between the two, perhaps it's browser-specific? I would have thought maybe my weird Opera settings could have been causing it, but if you're getting the problem too... huh.

Update: SOD. Just broke out IE to throw at it and I may have some malware I haven't picked up before. Running a deep clean...

Update: No, seems to be OK. Stumped for the moment.
