Well hello there. It certainly has been a while, hasn't it. I'm sitting in the lobby of the Hampton Inn in Jackson on this lovely Christmas Eve, sipping my Earl Grey tea, wondering how similar this 21st century steeped tea tastes compared to the replicated 24th century variety.
