RIP mouse scroller thing (8/26/04--9/2/04)
Yeah, so...I'm an idiot and dropped my dictionary on my computer mouse. Now the scrolly thingy doesn't work. It's very upsetting, really. You don't know how much you take things like that for granted until they're cruelly snatched away from you in horrible unforeseen accidents such as this.
In other news, here's the breakdown of the student population here at Dick-in-son (there are 2400 students total):
1 person with strangely colored hair (pink)
1 person who owns a Modest Mouse shirt
87 girls who don't wear skirts and polo shirts to class (I thought that whole private school stereotype was a myth)
2 people who wear black all the time
9 emo kids
45 guys who play guitar
3 girls that do
1200 people who like o.a.r.
1 person who likes They Might Be Giants (me)
...and 52,000 preps.
So there you have it. Diversity at its finest. But I'm trying to keep an open mind.
