We might be moving. I'm not going to hold my breath though. We have been looking to move for a while, but we havent had the money to move up to something that we could grow in to.
Now mandy is making more money, its looking more possible. We've found a place we really like and we put a stupidly low offer in for it in the hopes that they will meet us somewhere in the middle of what they are asking and what we can afford.
The home originally went up for rent at $1650 a month!!! Now its down to $1499, and hope fully we can get it for $1300 to $1425. We know it's cheeky, but they need a tennant!
I think it's the answer to all of our storage needs. The garage is enormous! there is a shed, a ton of closet space. I am psyched! We can have a gym, a workshop, a school! the garage is that big.
The downside? The place is up for sale. Who knows what happens if they sell it whilst we are in it. The new owners might be happy to have good tennants, they might raise the rent, they might want us out altogether.
Anyone have any good advice in these kind of tough situations?
