update on mrs. haunton
the doctors figured out she had a heart attack. she's still in a coma tho. =\ she's still stable & seems to be doing well.
today was lavender day in her honor. lavender is her maiden name & is her favorite color. it was amazing to see the whole school dressed in lavender & wearing the ribbons on their shirts. there's a big ribbon outside on a tree and when she comes home, we'll take it down. until then, we will keep her and her family in our prayers.
a lady from the hickory daily record came in to get a story on mrs. haunton from our class. i thought it was really neat how we got to share our stories about her & why she's so special to us.
she is a very special lady & i can't wait until she comes home.
*edit* she's now breathing on her own! yay for improvements!
