Shocking, I know. Here are a few things that stood out to me when I was re-reading the chapter.
--I don't think Harry is acting too out of character for someone who witnessed a murder, engaged in a bizzare wizard's duel with a dark lord, and then was not wholly believed.
--His interactions with Dudley are typical of boys that age, especially boys who have lived together and don't like each other. 14/15 year old boys are ASSHOLES. At least Harry tried to save Dudley from the Dementors and did not just leave him to get a Smoochie of Soul Sucking.
--I know there has been speculation that the Dursleys may end up playing a bigger role. One thing I noticed was that Mr. Dursley was not able to continue to hold on to Harry through the window due to some of kind of energy flowing through Harry. This would indicate either the proctection Lily placed on Harry works on muggles or there is more to Mr. Dursley than meets the eye. For instance, he seems to know an awful lot about magic for someone who professes to hate it. I wonder if he is also a Squib. If Mrs. Dursley is so ashamed of her sister, why would she tell her husband about her? Why not lie?
That's about all I can remember now.
