I have to go down to classes today - yet - this morning I came downstairs and Harry was stretched out on a sofa and looked so peaceful.

And I knew it wasn't really so.

We have to get Sirius out of there, Ron, Harry, for everyone's sake. I don't even know what Remus is doing but it sounds dangerous.

Everyone's sake? Since when are a dozen or so people everyone?

Well met.

Are you agreeing with me or is this a trick?

Don't be so surprised. Stranger things have happened.

Not very many. People are usually quite contrary with me, even though they no doubt know I am right and do not want to admit it.

Well, in this case you're right. As far as I see, I'm not part of their everyone, nor are most people. So why bother? As if breaking someone out of prison is really going to prove their innocence faster.

Oh Chang, but it will make his scary dreams stop, and that's all that really matters, isn't it?

Then we are part of 'everyone'. Once... his scary dreams stop, Potter's book will stop shrieking in the night, mine will stop tossing and turning because of the disturbance in its pages, and we can return to our respective spheres of oblivion.

You can hear Potter's book shieking all the way in Ravenclaw?

He said it was. If I had actually heard it in the middle of the night, I wouldn't have been as cheery as I am now.

Nevertheless, I am glad I reside in the dungeons as little noise travels down that far.

I hear they're also quite cool when need be. Ravenclaw can become such a sweltering mess sometimes. You'd think someone was burning all the books they could find for fuel.

Since when is burning books the Ravenclaw Way?

Yes, the dungeons are cool in summer and warm in winter. An ideal dwelling, really.

It isn't. Nevermind.
