worky work work

Yesterday at work, both Corey and I were sleep-deprived-silly to a ridiculous extent which made for quite an entertaining day, despite the insane heat. There was one woman up there yesterday who I had never seen before but I will remember vividlyif she's ever up there again. The woman had pale-ish skin and red hair, and was probably in her early 30s, but what stood out were her tatoos. The first thing I saw was the about-two-inch-thich armband of garden vegetables around her bicep. I mean, these were full colour carrots, letture, tomatoes, cucumbers. Weird. But then she turned to her side, where I saw that she had a wide variety of meats and cheeses tatooed on the opposite shoulder. When she had her back to us as she was walking away, despite the oversize tank top she was wearing over her swim suit, I could see there was a kitchen faucet tatooed on her lower neck. Damn, I really wish I could have seen the rest of her back, because I could see that little bits of things were trying to peak out the sides of her tank top.

Oh! And then there is always my crippling adoration for British accents. They are just so lovely on the ears, and are so pleasant that it doesn't matter what you want or how far away it is, I will get it for you and not be at all mad about it simply because of your accent. There were about 6 girls (around 8-11 in age) who came up asking what kind of icelollies we had. Icelollies! How precious a way to ask about popsicles is that!

That is all I wanted to share. I need to get outside now, as it is sunny on my day off where I was expecting thunderstorms. I hate having to work outside in the summer without the skin-tone-changing proff of it.
