Second Month
I have had phone or video calls with no small number of friends and acquaintances in the past six weeks, including many in recent days. And none of them have engendered the conversations I truly want to have. I am inclined to think that this is a me problem; that there simply is no such idyll of conversations out there to be had.
It would be easier if only I could focus on my art, pour my thoughts into my craft. But it remains elusive for me.
In September, I am going to try to change that. This will be my preeminent goal for the second month of the Year of 39.
