Mouse Woe Uh Oh & Smoke Sun
An update to yesterday: The mouse has begun acting up again. So, very likely not a software problem. It's probably the beginning of the end for Computer Frand. It looks like I would be wise to accelerate my computer purchase plans after all. =/
Unrelated: As happened last year, this heat wave has been completely demolished by the wildfire smoke, which I mistook yesterday for clouds. (Actually, yesterday, it really was clouds, though there was smoke too.) Today's telltale orange rays of wan sunlight say it all. Only wildfire smoke does that. The Bay looks absolutely gorgeous, like hot bronze, even with sunset two hours away. Beautiful. I guess this is one of those non-self-reinforcing elements of climate change, with the increased heat waves being blunted by increased wildfire pollution. =/
