I Dreamed That Me and Hulk Hogan Beat Up Hitler
I had the most awesome dream last night: Me and Hulk Hogan chased Hitler through a building and beat the crap out of him.

It was very satisfying. I would recommend beating up Hitler if you ever get the chance.
Hulk Hogan was awesome. At one point, Hitler had a bunch of bags of shredded cheese that he was somehow going to use to hide, because Dream Logic, and Hulk Hogan-in that inimitable voice of his, and dripping with contempt-said “Now he’s gonna try and hide in his little cheeses!” That’s when we got him.
I have LRR to thank for this. Yesterday I had been watching a couple of LRR streams. Early in the day, during James’ Minecraft stream, he was joking about the three worst things in the world, and his ranking was [a weird meme with context that would be too distracting to describe here], racism, and Hitler in third place. Then, at the end of the day, during Graham’s stream, he got to talking about wrestling, which he loves to watch, and specifically the New World Order showing up during some recent wrestling event. I watched wrestling for a few months in the late 1990s, and at the time Hulk Hogan and his NWO were ripping it up.
So it all came together into the most perfect possible combination for a dream. It was deep in the night. I woke up and made a note to remember it, but even so I lost the details. It wasn’t until the end of my shower that I even remembered I had dreamt it at all. But I remembered enough!
Amy got back from her trip last night, and the first thing I did when I got out of the bathroom was go brag to her that I had beat up Hitler…with Hulk Hogan!
There have been other dreams that were more profound, more intimate, more satisfying, more enjoyable, but somehow, by some particular measure or rubric, this is the best dream I have ever had. =]
