the one on the next step
this week marks the start of the next step of my career - supervising on a different level.
i hope this goes down the right way. guess there's no getting around this especially if i intend to move up along the corporate ladder, of some sorts. but i have to admit that i'm not the best person to be supervised under - i'm anal, perfectionistic, way too much of a multi-tasker and too much efficiency on my part. yes, i'm the co-worker that every other peer will hate, and some superiors may like. others will just simply think that i've gone nuts and i've got my pants on fire.
but whatever the case, i'm determined to take the right step forward in this new ball game, and hopefully things will turn out alright.
