I just wrote an essay for the national honors society application and I realized that I hate bragging about myself. It's so incredibly awkard.
"Well..uhh..I'm a conscientious worker and uhh...I'm pretty respectful..and I have good values...and I don't cheat, and I'm very cooperative and uhh..I'm punctual and...you know what, to be perfectly honest,I JUST WANT TO GET INTO THIS STUPID THING SO IT'LL LOOK GOOD FOR COLLEGE! SO JUST PUT ME IN, DAMNIT!
I'm not perfect. I'm not always motivated, I have broken the educational integrity thing and let people copy my work. So please, lets just cut the bullshit, because I'm not a perfect kid, and let me in.
