Autopsy of the Heart - a fanmix
The lovely sanguekuk wrote the most enthralling piece of fiction for startrekbigbang and I was lucky to choose her story as the one I would make a subjective soundtrack for.
This is the result.
The songs are arranged by chapter, hence the strange numbering.
The only oddities and exceptions are chapters 21 and 24.
21 has two version of the same song, one is in French and the other in English. I personally prefer the original Brel version, but I would not have a clue what he's singing about had I not listened to the Walker version as well.
Chapter 24 has two songs although the chapter is not divided into two anywhere else but in my head. It is rather long, though, so I felt that just one song wasn't enough.
Here's a story summary, chapter by chapter. The mix makes so much more sense when you've got the outline as reference while listening.
