Many do appear in the woods, yes, sometimes in twos or threes, but generally, most people stay in the apartments for the most part. Aside from when their jobs require them to move further afield, of course.

I wouldn't say I miss them, so much as it is a bit of an inconvenience not to have them. I'm perfectly capable of operating without them, and this place is nice enough.
