Work is going good. Doing forty hours this week and consistently selling thousands of dollars in sweaters, wool jackets, and t-shirts. It's easy and the people don't bother me.
Last week I went with Jared to the Firefly to finally see Rory Them Finest spin. I could have gone on other occassions but I'm no long a going-out person. What got me out on that particular night was free beer for an hour. I had just gotten home from work when Jared called me asking me to go to a bar. I said no, then called him back telling him about a better party at a different bar. A party with free beer for an hour. So we met up and drank free beer for an hour at this bar. But I didn't have dinner, so after five or six free beers we danced, inebriated and divine and completely alone on the dance floor. Jared is the original dancing tall boy; I am his disciple. When I got home, I threw up tons of chocolate bars and popcorn and slept so soundly that I decided to work a full day of work the next day.
Living with Crystal is going well. We're doing the dishes and eating our vegetables every day. Doing laundry is difficult, and about to get more difficulter when winter sets in and we lose the van, but we'll manage.
We also got a membership to zip.ca so we can spend the cold months in front of a computer screen, watching German/Italian/French cinema classics. I sort of can't wait.
I wonder what's up with the Excal Arts Editors. Those bitches haven't sent me anything regarding my film review for Squid and the Whale (best film of the year) and it's been five days!
