I'm currently making a list of mailing addresses for Australian-based CIOs of organisations with market caps over a billion dollars. I've already run into quite a few businesses with Australian arms worth ten billion or so but all the IT done overseas, and those worth several tens of billions but 99% of the IT is outsourced - mining sector companies, mainly.
