OH HELL YES
Discovered a new source of fanfic. Sturgeon's Law applies, as ever, but there's one author in the particular continuum who not only seems to be able to avoid practically every spelling and grammatic mistake which plagues the rest of the site, and not only can write brilliantly realised characters and gripping prose, but who regularly tosses in words I haven't actually heard of.
I'm used to running across new personal lexical entries in my reading perhaps once a year. With this author, it's more like once every ten to twenty thousand words.
