4MB video of some dinosaur-skinned walking robots. Looks like a tyrannosaur and some kind of hadrosaur, but I'm no paleontologist. They're not terribly fast, but they can turn around, sit up, flap their jaws and blink, and they're self-contained - no cables or ground attachments. No idea how long the batteries last as I don't read Japanese...
