IM weirdness

Looks like my IM client has been broken down for at least a couple of days and hasn't told me by throwing up an error or anything. One update later and I'm golden, but if you've been trying to message me at any point recently and got silence in return, this could be why.

Now I have to go and dig through all the messages which have piled up on various servers since the client broke. Yeesh.
