Spent Saturday morning asleep, Saturday afternoon chatting with megpie71's brother, and will spend tomorrow helping her ex-sister-in-law move house.
Ken the Mortgage Guy has advised of another delay until at least Wednesday. Sigh. Next time, I'm having it done locally or I'll just do it my damn self.
For some reason, I have the line "They're in the wildlands divided by the dreamscape of the kings", from filkertom's song Creatures of the Night running through my head on auto-loop. I'm not sure why, other than it's an awesome line in the context of the song, thumping four concepts down on the four beats which mix together to make an incredibly rich set of mental images, metaphors and allegories.
